About Ozan Polat
A Berlin-based photographer and the developer behind Photography Workbench.
Photographer
Ozan Polat is a Berlin-based photographer with a passion for capturing authentic moments and compelling stories through the lens. His journey into photography began during the unique circumstances of the Corona pandemic, a time when many of us were rediscovering creativity and inspiration at home. What started as a casual exploration quickly evolved into a deep-rooted passion. Photography became more than just a hobby — it turned into his favorite form of expression and storytelling.
He is continuously expanding his skills and has recently ventured into videography, exploring new ways to tell stories visually and dynamically. Whether photography or videography, the goal remains the same: to capture genuine emotions and create visuals that resonate deeply.
Why Photography Workbench exists
Professionally, his background is diverse: he is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Project Management, with experience in managing commercial and industrial building projects. Balancing this technical career with his creative pursuits provides a unique perspective, enriching both sides of his work — and it is exactly this combination that shaped Photography Workbench: a practical, local tool that treats photo management like a well-organised project.
